About the job

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of account executives. In this role, you will coach, mentor, train, and hire a team to be successful at acquiring new business, managing a full sales cycle, understanding the Shopper Approved platform, attaining quota, and working cross functionally with other groups such as Support, Marketing, Design and Development.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a team of 10-16 Account Executives; which includes 2-3 team leads.
  • Create a sales process that can scale.
  • Coaching reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices
  • Forecasting accurately to management
  • Working with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close rates
  • Recruiting and training of new Account Executives
  • Create a successful SDR program
  • Join AE’s on calls with customers and prospects
  • Build out and perfect sales processes that can scale.
  • Manage all day to day sales activity

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of sales experience generating net new business, preferably for a SaaS company.
  • 1+ years of front- line sales management experience with history of meeting quota and performance targets
  • Proficient in HubSpot with an aptitude for lists building and segmentation, reporting, building sequences and managing sequences, reports and forecasting, etc.
  • Track record of leading a successful team
  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experiences building out sales collateral including sequences, templates, etc. (This is preferred, but not required)
  • Work in the office. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
